Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
Be in their original condition — unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Show no signs of damage, alteration, or wear.

Please note that in such cases, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping fees associated with the return or exchange.

If the item is found to be used, damaged, altered, or not in its original condition, the return request will be denied and the product will be sent back to the customer.

Once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved, we will contact you to provide your preferred virtual payment method (such as Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, or any similar service).
Your refund will then be processed and released through the provided payment method.
