    please contact us immediately. We will gladly accept the return or exchange provided the item has not been used and remains in its original condition.
    In these cases, return shipping will be covered by us.

    4. Change of Mind / Product Not as Expected

    If you change your mind, wish to exchange your product for another, or decide to return it completely, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order — as long as the product is unused and in its original condition.
    Please note that in such cases, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping fees associated with the return or exchange.

    5. Return Process

    To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return.
    Before approving the request, our team will ask you to provide clear photos of the product to confirm that it is in its original condition.
    Once the return request is approved, our shipping partner will contact you to arrange the pickup of the item from your location.
    Please ensure the item is securely packaged and ready for collection.

    6. Condition Verification

    All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival.
    If the item is found to be used, damaged, altered, or not in its original condition, the return request will be denied and the product will be sent back to the customer.
    (Exceptions apply only if the item was already damaged or defective upon delivery and this was the reason for the return.)

    7. Refund Method

    Once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved, we will contact you to provide your preferred virtual payment method (such as Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, or any similar service).
    Your refund will then be processed and released through the provided payment method.
